For those of you that may be wondering, this page will still be available and I will continue to update it, even though I will be teaching in South Korea.

I will still post food safety recalls, discuss food safety issues, I may add some interesting food facts from my travels in Southeast Asia, and will continue to provide you with answers to food safety questions.
